At KISS19, we ship exclusively in the UK. The prices will vary according to your location, how many items you purchase and the weight of your parcel. This is explained further below. 

Please get in touch before placing an order if your items are gifts so we can go through gift wrap options with you which will be at an additional cost. 

SHIPPING & DISPATCH

Our pieces are ready to be shipped, and dispatched within 1-2 working days unless it is a pre- order listing which can take up to 6 weeks. Packages will always require a signature. Each have receivers name and signature printed on the tracking information. If you yourself have NOT signed for the package it is still deliverable to anyone present at the address when required. If you do not wish for someone to receive your package you must ensure you provide an address where you can be the sole receiver.

PACKAGING METHOD:

We package all our orders carefully and place all your items in a cardboard packaging box where all items are securely wrapped to prevent damage. We do not ship using gift boxes as this incurs in additional shipping charges. If however, you would like gift wrapping - please mention this at payment checkout (charges may apply depending on number of items).

Packaging method for Bridal Jewellery pieces:

All jewellery pieces will be packaged well in plastic boxes and/or wrapped in lots of bubble wrap to avoid damage. If you wish for your bridal set to come in a leatherette box, please let us know as we cannot ship necklace sets in this box as pieces will incur damage during transit which we need to avoid.

Alternatively, you can purchase a leatherette box for £25-£35 (depending on size) on our website soon. We will have options available for these soon. Email us for the direct link to purchase.

  • UK: 4-6 working days (48 hours - tracked service) - Signature required upon delivery.

  • UK: 2-4 working days (24 hours - tracked service) - Signature required upon delivery.

  • UK - Next Day Delivery (Any Time), Signature required upon delivery.

  • UK - Next day delivery before 1 pm (Special Delivery - Order before 10 am - Signature required upon delivery)

***PLEASE NOTE: we have a 2-3 day processing time to process orders before the delivery time frame begins. If your order is very urgent please let us know before placing a order to discuss options. 

We ship Monday-Friday.

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address at payment checkout. If an incorrect address is entered - we shall re ship or re send the order when it comes back to us. Buyer is responsible for the re shipping cost. If a refund is preferred then the shipping cost is not refunded only cost of item. Buyer is responsible for attempted delivery collections - always from your local delivery office. Please use the tracking number to track your order - this is always emailed to you with your order dispatch notification.

Tracking number will automatically be uploaded to your order invoice and you will receive an email notification. Our courier service will also be emailed and tracking number will also be text to you providing you fill the correct number at payment checkout.

Understanding Choora Sizing & Fit

Please note that there is a key difference between measuring for a standard bangle and a bridal choora. While a standard bangle is typically a single size, a choora set is often tapered to fit the arm perfectly.

The main bulk of the bridal choora will be your bangle size, but the last 8-10 bangles are often a size larger. This allows the choora to fit comfortably on your forearm and helps to create a beautiful, elegant flow. This isn't always necessary, as everyone's arm size is different, but we can customize your choora accordingly.

The illustration below shows an example of a choora in a size 2.4 - 2.6. If you have a different requirement for your choora's sizing, please let us know. We can alter the set to meet your specific needs.

Method 1

Measure Your Bangle

If you have a round bangle that fits you perfectly, this is the most accurate way to find your size.


  • Correct Placement: Place the bangle on a flat surface.

  • Measure the Inner Diameter: Using a ruler or measuring tape, measure straight across the centre from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge.

  • Compare to Our Chart: Use this measurement to find your size in the chart below.

Method 2

Measure Your Hand

If you don’t have a bangle to measure, you can use a string or flexible measuring tape.


  • Tuck Your Thumb: Hold your hand flat with your thumb tucked into your palm, as if you are about to put on a bangle.

  • Measure the Circumference: Wrap a measuring tape or string around the widest part of your hand (usually around the knuckles).

  • Find Your Size: Use this measurement to find your size in the bangle chart we have provided above. 

Important Notes on Choora Sizing


  • Choora are Tapered: The choora set is often tapered to fit your arm, so the smallest bangles will be your size, and the remaining bangles will be slightly larger.

  • The Right Fit: A choora should feel snug as you put it on, but once on your wrist, it should be comfortable—not too tight or loose.
